Before registering into a member, please read following regulations and standard in detail .

一、 The user must follow the use that is served ：

　 （1） Can't announce or convey that any unsightly, behave indecently to , the characters, speech
pornographic and which violate the kindhearted custom , picture or any type of file on our station .
　 （2） Characters, the picture or any type of file that should not can't announce or convey to any child
are on our station .
　 （3） Can't collect Other user's materials and engaged in the malfeasance or the trade.
　 （4） Can't violate internet network stipulating and etiquette .
　 （5） Can't be engaged in violating behavior with regular law of offending against the People's
Republic of China in any .
　 （6） Can't disobey the network etiquette of model and criterion .

二、 Power that our station will serve or making member's personal file public according to member's account of lapse of the actual conditions at any time :

　 （1） Member's behavior or the speech does not accord with member's standard .
　 （2） The member intervenes the structure and function of our station .
　 （3） The member utilizes the service that our station offers to be engaged in any illegal activity .
